Vadam ("we", "us", "our") provides website building, hosting, and management services for service businesses. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Vadam offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your website will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it may be downgraded or suspended.
Websites created under the Free plan require manual review and approval before publishing. Vadam reserves the right to decline publishing any website that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to your website (text, images, business information). You grant Vadam a license to host, display, and process this content as necessary to provide the service.
Your use of Vadam is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination of your account.
Vadam does not process payments between you and your own customers. Any payment or booking links you add to your website are provided by you and are your responsibility.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the platform at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
Vadam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
