Monthly and annual subscription plans are billed in advance. If you cancel, your website remains active until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by law.
If you are unhappy with your Vadam subscription within the first 14 days of your first payment, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund.
Add-on services (such as logo design, domain setup, or custom pages) that have already been delivered or partially completed are non-refundable. If an add-on has not yet been started, you may request a full refund.
Domain registration fees paid to third-party registrars are non-refundable once a domain has been purchased on your behalf.
